Returns & Refunds Policy – Salvation’s Light LLC

Overview
All Salvation’s Light LLC products are made-to-order through our print on demand suppliers. Because these items are customized for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@salvationslight.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Once your claim is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund for the defective item.


Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer

  • Color or style preferences

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before placing your order.


Shipping Costs

  • For defective or misprinted items, Salvation’s Light LLC will cover return and replacement shipping costs.

  • For issues caused by the customer (e.g., ordering the wrong size), the customer is responsible for any shipping fees.


Processing Time

  • Replacement items or refunds for verified claims will typically be processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
