All Salvation’s Light LLC products are made-to-order through our print on demand suppliers. Production times, shipping methods, and delivery times may vary depending on the product and your location. Please read carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.


Processing Time

  • Most orders are produced and fulfilled within 3–7 business days.

  • Customizations or high-volume orders may take longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate notification once your order ships.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location:

    • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days (after production)

    • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (after production)

    • International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, the product’s weight, and shipping method.

  • Any customs, duties, or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.


Lost or Damaged Items

  • Salvation’s Light LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs once the package is with the carrier.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@salvationslight.com and we will work with the print on demand supplier to resolve the issue.


Important Notes

  • All items are made-to-order and cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items, please see our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order; we cannot guarantee corrections after an order has been submitted.
